DR. NISSI HAMILTON
Keynote Speaker
Dr. Nissi Hamilton, CEO of Nissi’s Network Inc. and a decorated U.S. Navy veteran, has built a career dedicated to protecting the vulnerable and strengthening national security. As a former Master-at-Arms in military law enforcement, she developed deep expertise in base security, force protection, and operational training. Her background includes delivering and supporting trauma-informed training for law enforcement, military personnel, and frontline professionals focused on prevention, identification, and response to exploitation and violence.
After transitioning from military service into the nonprofit sector, Dr. Hamilton founded Nissi’s Network Inc., where she designs and leads survivor-centered training, prevention, and intervention strategies that safeguard at-risk youth and advance criminal justice reform. Her work equips systems, agencies, and communities with practical, evidence-based tools rooted in both lived experience and professional practice.
Her influence extends far beyond U.S. borders, from advising the Department of Defense’s Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Task Force to collaborating with law enforcement in the United Kingdom. She also serves as a visiting strategist with the University of Northampton and holds an honorary doctorate in Global Humanitarianism, along with dual MBAs. With a proven record of service, Dr. Hamilton embodies innovation, resilience, and impact—bridging survivor experience, training, policy, and practice to empower communities and help shape global standards in security and human rights.
SHEREEN SANDOS, LPC-C, BCN
Therapist Candidate & Therapeutic Director
Shereen serves as the Therapeutic Director at Soaak Clinics and has been with us since 2019. Shereen believes in living life with purpose and in service to others. Her passion is learning and educating others about the mind-brain connection, specifically how it can empower people and help heal the wounded parts of ourselves. She believes transformative power comes from healing the hidden wounds of trauma, which can be achieved from the therapeutic modalities we offer at Soaak Clinics. "To me, helping people reach their highest potential means helping empower people to freely show up as their authentic Self."
Shereen is Board Certified in Neurofeedback and is a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach. She graduated with a Psychology Degree from Northeastern State University and has her Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling.
KEARAN PREMDEV, LPC-INTERN
Soaak Clinics
Kearan is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping adults navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Drawing from techniques like somatic integration, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation exercises, CBT, Gestalt, and Jungian approaches, he integrates evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, client-centered style. With experience working with diverse populations, Kearan emphasizes cultural awareness, respect for individual values, and creating a safe space for personal growth. Currently pursuing licensure in Oklahoma, Kearan is committed to supporting clients in building resilience and meaning in their lives, equipping them for future life events with technique-based therapy for release, safety, and being better equipped for life going forward.
DAVID G. SCALISE
Law Enforcement & Public Safety Professional
David G. Scalise is a law enforcement and public safety professional with more than two decades of experience across military, federal, state, and local roles. A retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, he served over 20 years in Security Forces and Special Operations, including assignment as a Phoenix Raven supporting high-risk global missions, humanitarian operations, and dignitary protection in austere environments worldwide.
Throughout his career, Mr. Scalise deployed to more than 14 countries, including three deployments to Ukraine in support of Operation Clear Skies, where he conducted advance deterrence operations focused on disrupting and halting global human trafficking networks. He served under four U.S. Presidents and provided dignitary protection to members of the United States Congress, senior military leadership, and other high-ranking officials. His operational experience includes deployments in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, Noble Eagle, and additional overseas and stateside missions involving force protection, foreign liaison, humanitarian response, and civil unrest operations.
In addition to his military service, Mr. Scalise served as a Task Force Officer embedded with the Drug Enforcement Administration, conducting high-level criminal investigations aimed at disrupting worldwide drug and human trafficking operations carried out by some of the world’s most notorious transnational cartel organizations. His work involved close coordination with federal, state, local, and international partners.
Mr. Scalise has over 20 years of civilian law enforcement experience, serving in roles that include patrol operations, investigations, special response teams, intelligence and crime analysis, community relations, and corrections. He has also supported the U.S. Marshals Service in the transport, detention, and supervision of federal inmates.
Mr. Scalise holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Criminal Science, and a Master of Science in Public Administration. He has served as an adjunct professor and public safety educator and remains committed to enhancing school safety, community awareness, and threat prevention through education, proactive policing, and interagency collaboration.
ALEIDA WYANT
Founder, Way of Hope Christian Foundation
A passionate advocate for the protection of children and vulnerable individuals, with over two years of dedicated work in human trafficking and child sexual abuse prevention. A founder of Way of Hope Christian Foundation in Tulsa Oklahoma, where she leads faith-baised and community-driven efforts to prevent abuse, raise awareness, and restore hope.
Through education, outreach, and collaboration with local organizations, parents, and community leaders, Aleida works to equip families and adults with the knowledge to recognize early warning signs and red flags of abuse and exploitation. Her mission is rooted in compassion, prevention, and empowerment - helping communities become informed, vigilant, and united in safeguarding children.
