LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COHORT #1: LEADERSHIP & MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOP

Soaring Eagles Youth & Family Services provided a Leadership and Mental Health Workshop in partnership with Just The Beginning, an organization whose mission is to empower justice-involved women to break cycles while promoting health equity and strengthening the community.

The workshop focused on health, leadership development, and resolving conflict through effective communication. Participants explored how embracing one another’s strengths and weaknesses can help resolve key organizational challenges and build stronger teams.

Workshop topics included team effort, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills.
